As a nurse, I watched how stress, chronic illness, and caregiving quietly strip people of their energy and calm. Days filled with medications, appointments, and responsibilities leave little room to breathe.

Many wellness products felt disconnected — filled with jargon, or designed without patients and caregivers in mind. People deserved something practical, grounding, and beautiful. 

Rest & Reign was born in that gap. The first aromatherapy rollers were crafted to give people rituals of rest — blends designed to calm the nervous system, soothe nausea, or simply make space for breath.

Every detail — from sourcing oils to packaging — was chosen with care, the same care I give to patients.
